FTP or file transfer protocol is a technique to transfer files between server and client. FTP works on TCP/IP protocol.
It is such a way designed which is used to transfer large files over the internet.
Here are the steps to set up FTP and transfer large files: -Download the File Zilla server from its official website.
1. Download the File Zilla server from its official website.
2. Run the setup which is downloaded to install the File Zilla server.
3. Set up the FTP by creating a user on it and mapping the drive from which you will transfer files.
4. Now, go to the client and access the FTP using the browser by typing the FTP server’s IP (Example):- ftp://45.58.xxx.xxx
5. Enter the user’s name and password.
6. Click on the file you want to download and “save” it, the file will start getting downloaded.
