How to change RDP password using Computer Management

 

 

To change the Administrator password in the Windows Server

 

  1. Log on to the computer using the Administrator account (via RDP).

  2. Click Start Menu or Search Icon, start typing "Computer Management" and open it.

  3. From the left menu, click Local Users and Groups.

  4. Double-click on the Users folder on the right side.

  5. Select your username and right right-click on the Set password.

  6. Click Proceed on the warning popup.

  7. Enter your password and click Ok button.

Note : New Password should be Alphanumeric and should contain atleast one special character.
