All services provided by RDP Arena ("RDP Arena") should be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any country, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RDP Arena from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to RDP Arena's servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to any server or customer is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all actions done from your server. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without any refund. Upon Violation of ToS, we have the rights to access your files/server and investigate the same and/or fetch the server logs.
You are solely responsible for the security and management of your server. This includes, but is not limited to:
Using strong, unique passwords and enabling any available two-factor authentication on your account.
Keeping your Windows operating system and all installed software up to date with the latest security patches and updates.
Taking regular backups of your data independently of our infrastructure. RDP Arena's servers should not be treated as your sole backup location.
Being responsible for all software you install and run on your server, including the security risks associated with it.
Ensuring any sensitive or high-value assets - including cryptocurrency wallets, financial data, or confidential documents - are independently encrypted and backed up. RDP Arena strongly advises against relying on an RDP or VPS as the sole storage location for such assets.
RDP Arena shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, corruption, or compromise of data or assets resulting from ransomware, malware, brute-force attacks, or any other security incident where the root cause is the customer's own negligence - including failure to apply Windows or software updates, use of weak credentials, or running untrusted software on the server.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of RDP Arena must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.
Any account deactivated due to non-payment may be reactivated at no additional charge upon settlement of the outstanding balance.
Cancellation requests require 10 days' notice. Refund eligibility varies by plan type and timing. No refund will be issued if a ToS violation is found. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
RDP Arena's liability to you for any disruption, outage, data loss, or service failure is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the 3 months immediately preceding the incident. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages - such as lost profits, lost business, or loss of data - regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or we were advised of their possibility.
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part. It also does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited.
We strongly recommend that you maintain your own backups of important data. While we take reasonable steps to protect data on our servers, we cannot guarantee against data loss in all circumstances, and you should not rely solely on our infrastructure for data storage.
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to abuse@rdparena.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable data protection laws - including the GDPR for customers in the European Union. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
RDP Arena cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by RDP Arena are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by RDP Arena are not directly owned or written by RDP Arena. Moreover, RDP Arena holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as RDP Arena sees fit.
By activating your account with RDP Arena, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our services.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at support@rdparena.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of Dubai, UAE in accordance with applicable UAE law.
RDP Arena guarantees 99% service uptime on all rdp plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime. RDP Arena reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans with at least 30 days' notice to existing customers.
Note : If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail prior taking any action and provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.
