All plans come with the latest Windows Server OS by default. On request, we can install Windows 7, 10, or 11, or any common Linux distribution (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, etc.). Simply add a note on your order or open a support ticket after purchase.
Dedicated servers come with fixed hardware configurations and cannot be upgraded or downgraded. If you need a different configuration, you will need to order a new plan. All plans have a minimum contract period of 1 month. For any questions, contact us at support@rdparena.com.
Dedicated servers require hardware provisioning and OS installation, which typically takes 2-8 hours and sometimes longer depending on hardware availaiblty. We will adjust the next due date and send your login details via email as soon as the server is ready. Need a server faster?
