Refund Policy for Dedicated Plans

Dedicated servers are physical machines we configure in the datacenter as per your order, this includes us purchasing the requested hardware for you. Hence due to the nature of the service, minimum contract period of Dedicated Servers is 1 month. There are no refunds for dedicated plans unless you face any of the following issues :-

  1. Network Packet Loss
  2. Hardware Fault and was not replaced

Refund Policy for all RDP/VPS/Instant RDP Plans

We offer a 24 hour FULL Money back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service without testing demo and were not satisfied with our service. Setup fees will not be refunded.

Users must mention the reason for un-satisfaction, we will try our best to solve the problem if we can't then ONLY money will be refunded. Instant RDP are eligible for refund only as credit balance.

Refunds After 24 hours 50% of the base price (excluding Transaction fees, setup fees) will be refunded within 15 days. However after 15 days of activation NO refund will me made.

The following points will NOT be accepted for asking refunds

  1. I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands)
  2. My server is slow. (If you overload the server by running too many application, it will get slow. Either upgrade or limit your usage)
  3. I ordered by mistake
  4. I changed my mood, I don't want RDP/VPS Server
  5. I don't know how to use the VPS/RDP Server
  6. I want RDP with admin/root rights (It's not possible until you upgrade to VPS, shared hosting does not come with admin/root access)
  7. I didn't wanted to purchase from RDPArena
  8. I ordered the wrong plan mistakenly ( Contact us and we will change the plan without any extra cost )
  9. I am not able to access Dating Sites ( We will change the server multiple times, until it works )
  10. Hacking/Bruteforcing/Spamming Tools are not allowed hence I want refund
  11. I don't have Internet Connection to use your service. OR I have very poor Internet connection for Remote Session
  12. I was out of station/Vacation and was not able to use your server
  13. Or anything similar to above points

Note 1 If you will violate our ToS, no refund will be made on any situation.

Note 2 Opening dispute without any reason or even opening dispute after using our services in order to get your money back will not help. Doing so will result in money not being refunded and RDP/VPS will also get terminated. You agreed to follow our ToS and Refund Policy during payment, hence paypal / payza will also make refunds based on our Refund Policy.

Note 3 If you don't agree to the above rules, please DO NOT place order.

Note 4 Refunds are only applicable for first month (as per Refund Policy).

Note 5 Account balance/funds are nonrefundable.
