We offer a 24-hour FULL money-back guarantee to those clients who ordered our service without testing demo and were not satisfied with our service. Setup fees will not be refunded.
Users must mention the reason for unsatisfaction; we will try our best to solve the problem if we can't then ONLY money will be refunded. Instant RDP are eligible for refund only as credit balance.
Refunds after 24 hours: 50% of the base price (excluding transaction fees and setup fees) will be refunded within 15 days of activation. After 15 days of activation, no refund will be made under any circumstance.
The following points will NOT be accepted for asking refunds:
I am not getting download/upload speed. (The download/upload speeds depends on many factors which are not in our hands)
My server is slow. (If you overload the server by running too many applications, it will get slow. Either upgrade or limit your usage)
I want RDP with admin/root rights (It is not possible until you upgrade to VPS, shared hosting does not come with admin/root access)
I'm not able to register on a third party website - We do not have control on third party website, contact us and we will change your server for free.
Hacking/Brute-forcing/Spamming Tools are not allowed, hence I want to refund
Dedicated servers are physical machines that we configure in the datacenter as per your order, this includes us purchasing hardware for you. Hence, due to the nature of this service, a minimum contract period of 1 month is placed.
There are no refunds for dedicated plans unless you face any of the following issues:
Network Packet Loss
Hardware Fault which was not replaced or issue still persists
Approved refunds are processed within 72 hours of approval. Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process - including cryptocurrency network fees - are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any account found to be in violation of our Terms of Service is ineligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Refunds are only applicable within the first month of service activation, as outlined above.
Account credit balance and prepaid funds are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of this policy. In such cases, the refund request will be declined and the associated service will be suspended pending investigation.
